Double Success for Dublin U14 Girls

The Dublin Ladies Board U14 representative team comprising girls from Naas, Kubs, Oblate Dynamos, DCU Mercy and Liffey Celtics made it a double tournament success when they were victorious in the Shehoops U14 Tournament in Belfast at the end of May, and they followed this up with an impressive victory in the U14 FIBA International Summer Slam Tournament, in Sterling, Scotland on the first weekend of June. The team worked extremely hard in the months coming up to the tournament, and got their reward. Well done to the team and their mentors. And especially well done to the Liffey Celtics contingent on the team –Meadbh Hanlon, Niamh Masterson, Beatrice Olaru and Stephanie Reynor.
